Vlocity Tech Lead/Architect

📋 Description

• Lead architecture, design and delivery of Salesforce and Vlocity solutions for enterprise
• Collaborate with customers and engineering teams to define solutions and establish best practices.
• Guide technical delivery, shape technical strategies and mentor development teams.
• Hands-on development for complex modules and integrations within Salesforce/Vlocity.
• Drive CI/CD deployments and ensure adherence to development standards.
• Lead customer discussions, technical demos and workshops to communicate approaches.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of Vlocity implementation experience, with at least 2 years in a Technical Lead capacity.
• 8+ years of Salesforce experience; deep knowledge of SF platform, architecture, and data model.
• Proven delivery of at least two Vlocity implementations as Tech Lead/Architect.
• Strong Vlocity development skills: OmniScript, DataRaptor, Cards, Templates, CPQ, EPC, Vlocity
• Experience with Salesforce integrations, Apex, and Lightning Components.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and enterprise CRM delivery environments.
