• Lead the overall claims adjudication function across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring efficient
• Develop and execute claims adjudication strategies aligned with broader business objectives and

• Oversee the management of complex, litigated, catastrophic, and high-value claims while ensuring
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing organization of Directors, Senior Managers, and claims
• Define organizational structures, KPIs, workforce planning, and operational goals that support

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in workers' compensation claims, claims adjudication, and field claims
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience managing large claims organizations and developing
• Demonstrated success managing second-line leaders, including Directors and Senior Managers.
• Deep expertise in workers' compensation regulations, disputed and litigated claims, and
• Proven ability to design and execute strategic claims initiatives that improve operational
• Strong understanding of claims analytics, KPIs, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
