VP Clinical Development & Global Program Lead, Lung Cancer

📋 Description

• Provide medical leadership and oversight of the lung cancer development program
• Collaborate with CMO across the Erasca portfolio; guide strategy and execution
• Lead protocol development, registrational strategy, and data-driven decision making
• Hands-on drug development; serve as clinical lead/medical monitor on studies
• Lead clinical subteams; monitor study integrity and safety/efficacy data
• Contribute to global regulatory filings and health authority interactions

🎯 Requirements

• M.D. degree with oncology/hematology board certification or eligibility; thoracic oncology
• 8-10+ years oncology clinical trial and drug development experience
• Experience leading late-stage lung cancer programs; regulatory filing involvement
• Strong collaboration in matrixed environments; executive leadership and stakeholder management
• Excellent communication/writing skills; ability to engage with thought leaders and regulatory bodies
• Knowledge of trial methodologies, endpoints, and regulatory standards

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary range: $390,000 to $435,000 per year
