VP, Coupa Pay Success

📋 Description

• Lead the Pay Customer Success team to meet metrics for Coupa Pay.
• Own CS strategy to accelerate Coupa Pay adoption and revenue.
• Executive liaison to ensure onboarding and growth with partner ecosystem.
• Impact revenue targets and renewal rates for Coupa Pay modules.
• Use data-driven insights to prioritize growth across customers.
• Align Sales, Product, Pay Partner, Delivery and Support on roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years leading CS, Sales or PS in Fintech/Global Payments/SaaS.
• Deep knowledge of global payments: ACH, Virtual Cards, Cross-Border FX.
• Experience moving from legacy ERP payments to cloud-based systems.
• Proven AI-enabled exec reporting and cross-functional communications.
• SaaS business model expertise; focus on net retention and expansion.
• Familiarity with Coupa or competitors (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Ariba).
• Ability to translate payments complexity into ROI outcomes.
• Willingness to travel 25% globally; Bachelor's degree required.
