📋 Description

• Lead NerdWallet’s owned-channel growth strategy across email, push, newsletters, and emerging
• Build engagement infrastructure: data architecture, segmentation, personalization, and automation
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement through an integrated go-to-market approach.
• Architect launch strategies for new branded financial products, starting with NerdWallet Savings.
• Collaborate with GMs, Data, Product, Design, and Communications to align objectives and measure

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive leadership across growth, marketing, or data-driven customer engagement in
• Deep expertise in owned-channel strategy and the data/automation stack to scale channels.
• Proven track record of improving acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifetime value through
• GM-level accountability experience or close partnership with product/business leaders for GTM
• Strong analytical foundation translating data into clear strategies and priorities.
• Experience building scalable systems and applying AI/automation to engagement at scale.
