📋 Description

• Serve as trusted advisor to C-suite executives shaping enterprise transformation agendas in digital
• Lead/pre-sales activity of $6M–$8M, defining solution strategy for complex change-led pursuits and
• Act as executive strategist ensuring alignment between business goals, solution approach, delivery
• Partner with Solutioning, Client Service, and Delivery to integrate change management across
• Define/lead AI-enabled transformation strategies linking tech to readiness, role redesign, and new
• Develop target operating models reflecting AI-driven changes across growth, marketing, operations

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in digital strategy, change management, or technology transformation consulting with a
• Deep expertise in U.S. healthcare ecosystem (payer/provider/life sciences) at enterprise scale.
• Proven track record leading enterprise digital transformation strategy, with roadmap dev and
• Experience developing target operating models, role redesigns, governance in AI/tech adoption.
• Strong financial acumen, linking transformations to business value.
• Healthcare commercial/growth strategy experience incl. patient/member engagement/retention.
