📋 Description

• Prime financial business partner to NA leader; own Americas P&L including revenue trajectory
• Lead monthly planning cycles with executive narratives, variance analysis, CBU scorecards, rolling
• Drive profitability by analyzing client margins, pricing, staffing, and monitoring against targets
• Partner with NA SVPs on investment cases and real-time operational decisions
• Represent NA finance at the executive table with credibility and clear narrative

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in finance in professional services, consulting, tech services, or AI/data firms; 5+
• Experience owning $100M+ regional P&L; forecast accuracy, margin performance, profitability
• Proven ability to translate analysis into actions improving EBITDA and client margins
• Strong team leadership; capable of mentoring mid-career finance professionals
• Advanced FP&A systems knowledge (Prophix, Anaplan, Workday Planning, or equivalent); ASC 606
• Excellent executive communication; comfortable with C-suite and board-level presentations
