VP Finance – UK & Europe

📋 Description

• Lead regional finance operations for UK & Europe (payroll, billing, treasury, compliance).
• Oversee statutory filings, legal entity governance, and external audit across UK/Europe.
• Manage banking relationships, insurance governance, and financial framework.
• Partner with Sales, Legal, Tax, People & Culture on commissions, KPIs, and regulatory matters.
• Drive optimisation of quote-to-billing-to-cash processes and financial planning.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior finance leadership with multi-entity/international experience.
• Experience in payroll governance, commission governance, and revenue-focused billing.
• Strong UK governance, statutory compliance, treasury/banking knowledge; European jurisdiction
• Cross-functional leadership with Legal, Tax, People & Culture; executive presence with
• Recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
