🎯 Requirements

• Education: JD/LLB; licensed in Ontario.
• 15+ years legal experience in tech or regulated business.
• Deep contract drafting and negotiation experience.
• Entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable operating in ambiguity.
• In-office role based in Toronto; HQ or Mississauga.
• Strong assets including insurance, privacy, and OMVIC familiarity.
