📋 Description

• Develop and execute global distribution strategy for profitable growth and scalable fulfillment.
• Lead Fan Engagement Center (FEC) in Kentucky and oversee global distribution network with 3PLs.
• Establish KPIs, service levels, and governance for consistent execution and continuous improvement.
• Drive modernization with SAP S/4, WMS, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Manage global distribution operating budget and lead strategic sourcing with 3PL partners.
• Build and develop a high-performing global distribution organization and lead cross-functional

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Business
• Master's Degree (MBA, SCM, Engineering, or related) preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience in global distribution, fulfillment
• Proven success leading multi-site distribution operations, including company-operated facilities
• Experience developing and executing enterprise-level distribution/fulfillment strategies for growth
• Proven ability to lead large organizations through growth, transformation, and change.
