📋 Description

• Lead revenue-focused marketing strategy across lifecycle, from demand gen to expansion.
• Own pipeline goals, conversion metrics, revenue contribution, and efficiency.
• Build multi-channel campaigns across paid media, email, webinars, partner marketing, digital
• Create lifecycle programs to boost retention, cross-sell, upsell, and long-term value.
• Partner with Sales, CS, and Account Management to optimize engagement and funnel conversion.
• Optimize marketing tech stack, CRM alignment, lead scoring, segmentation, and operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years B2B marketing in SaaS/enterprise tech; 5+ years in demand generation or revenue marketing.
• Proven ability to scale growth programs and translate activity into growth metrics.
• Expertise in lifecycle marketing, demand gen, paid media, ABM, marketing automation, funnel
• Strong understanding of B2B SaaS buying journeys and enterprise sales cycles.
• Experience with attribution models, executive dashboards, and data-driven reporting.
• Strong analytical skills; experience with marketing tech platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, analytics
