• Lead a 40-person multi-disciplinary hardware organization (electrical, firmware, mechanical
• Own multi-year hardware strategy, budget, and product roadmap at the executive level.
• Ensure on-time, at-quality, at-volume delivery across concurrent programs.
• Scale operations to support large volume ramps while maintaining quality.
• Align hardware roadmaps with product, software, and go-to-market strategies.
• Manage relationships with contract manufacturers (CMs) and strategic suppliers.

• Extensive experience in hardware product development and leading multi-disciplinary engineering
• Proven track record guiding hardware orgs through growth or volume inflection.
• Experience shipping complex connected hardware into high-volume production; CM/ODM management.
• Decisive leader with strong executive communication across orgs and boardroom.
• Ability to design talent strategies and establish delivery metrics and rhythms.
• Strong interest in applying modern AI tools to hardware engineering workflows.
