VP, M&A Operations

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end due diligence for acquisition targets and assess risks.
• Partner with leaders to build integration cost models and risk plans.
• Own global M&A playbook, governance, tools, and methodologies.
• Serve as IMO lead for transactions from pre-signing to post-close.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards to track value realization and synergies.
• Design executive governance structures and report milestones/risk.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Business Admin, Finance, Ops, Eng; MBA/advanced degree preferred.
• 10–12+ years exp, 7+ in M&A ops, post-merger integration or related.
• Strong background in cross-functional integrations, separations, carve-outs.
• Experience with PMO/IMO governance and multi-team programs.
• Financial acumen: model synergies, costs, budgets, value realisation.
• Exposure to operational due diligence, integration planning, change mgmt.
