Regulatory integration: translate MAS regs into policies for product/tech/ops.
Compliance operations: daily monitoring, wallet screening, sanctions, due diligence.
Regulatory liaison: Own MAS interactions: inspections, reporting, licenses, incidents.
Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with Product, Technology, Legal, Ops, Treasury, Fraud.
Training & Culture: Lead AML/KYC and TRM training for teams.

🎯 Requirements

10+ years AML experience in payments, crypto, or fintech.
Regulatory knowledge: MAS PSA, DPT rules, Travel Rule, TRM guidelines, asset safeguards.
Certs: IBF Level 2, ACAMS, ICA; CAMS/CGSS/CISSP a plus.
Technical proficiency: blockchain analytics and on-chain screening tools.
Startup agility: collaborate with product and engineering in fast-paced startups.
Regional advantage: HK AMLO/MSO regs experience is a strong plus.
