VP of Compliance (Stablecoin/ Payment)

📋 Description

• Act as primary expert on stablecoins, DPT regs, Travel Rule and risk.
• Translate MAS regulations into policies for product, tech and ops.
• Oversee day-to-day compliance: monitoring, wallet and sanctions checks.
• Own MAS relationship: inspections, reporting, licenses/amendments.
• Partner with Product, Tech, Legal, Ops, Treasury and Fraud for compliance.
• Lead internal AML/KYC, sanctions and TRM training for teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years AML in payments/crypto/fintech.
• Deep MAS PSA, DPT rules, Travel Rule, TRM guidelines.
• IBF Level 2, ACAMS or ICA; CAMS/CISSP a plus.
• Blockchain analytics and on-chain screening tools.
• Startup agility; collaborate with product & engineering.
• Experience with HK AMLO/MSO regs a plus.
