📋 Description

• Define and champion multi-year data and AI strategy aligned to business goals.
• Identify opportunities for generative AI, ML, and analytics across product and operations.
• Establish data governance, data quality standards, and ethical AI practices.
• Recruit and lead data engineers, scientists, analysts, and AI/ML teams.
• Foster a data-driven culture with analytics in decision-making.
• Present strategy, roadmaps, and key results to the executive team and board.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in AI/ML/DS/Engineering; 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Proven ability to deliver enterprise-wide data/AI strategy with measurable impact.
• Deep data architecture expertise; AWS, Snowflake; ETL/ELT.
• Extensive GenAI/LLM experience and full ML lifecycle.
• Proficient in Python and SQL; strong statistics and ML fundamentals.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and talent development.
