📋 Description

• Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap across Finance, Procurement, Patient Management, AI HR
• Lead and develop a team of product managers with strong product thinking and customer focus
• Collaborate with co-founders and execs to align strategy with priorities and fundraising milestones
• Partner with a distributed engineering and design team across time zones
• Drive discovery with healthcare customers to reflect real workflow needs
• Define and own product metrics: activation, retention, NRR, feature adoption

🎯 Requirements

• Experience scaling a product from scratch at a VC-backed health tech company
• Deep health tech domain knowledge and understanding of how clinics operate and buy
• Proven track record at high-growth pre-Series C firms building a product playbook
• Experience managing and developing a product team with hiring and coaching
• Comfort working with overseas engineering and design teams across time zones
• Strong command of the full product development lifecycle from discovery to delivery
