VP of Product

📋 Description

• Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap across Finance, Procurement, Patient Management, AI HR
• Lead and develop product managers; set high bar for thinking, execution, and customer focus
• Partner with founders/executive team; align strategy with priorities and fundraising milestones
• Collaborate with distributed engineering/design teams across time zones
• Drive discovery with healthcare customers to reflect real workflow needs
• Define and own key metrics: activation, retention, NRR, feature adoption

🎯 Requirements

• Experience scaling a product from scratch at a VC-backed health tech company
• Deep health tech domain knowledge of clinics, practices, or health systems
• High-growth, pre-Series C experience; built playbooks from scratch
• Proven track record managing and developing a product team
• Comfort coordinating with overseas engineering/design teams across time zones
• Strong command of full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery
