📋 Description

• Lead strategic and operational R&D functions to deliver high-quality healthcare technology
• Define and execute the overall product and technical vision; align roadmaps with business objectives
• Direct product management, software development, QA, DevOps, hosting, and infrastructure teams
• Drive best practices in product delivery, releases, feedback, and operations
• Own product roadmap strategy and cross-team alignment with stakeholders and customers
• Develop innovative solutions and guide teams to impactful outcomes in healthcare tech

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in management leading technology, product, or engineering teams
• Proven experience steering product development and technology strategy
• Strong software development, product delivery, and technical operations knowledge
• Ability to define and execute product roadmaps aligned with goals
• Exceptional communication with executives and stakeholders
• Experience in healthcare IT or regulated tech environments preferred
