📋 Description

• Lead QA, DevOps, and Release Management across teams.
• Set quality standards and coordinate priorities with technical leads.
• Provide hands-on leadership for architecture, incidents, troubleshooting, and RCA.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in engineering with 4+ years in leadership across QA/DevOps/platform/reliability.
• Deep quality engineering expertise; experience building automated testing frameworks.
• Proven migration/modernization of automation across web and mobile (iOS/Android).
• Experience turning manual QA into automation-first teams.
• fintech/regulated tech experience preferred.
• Experience implementing formal release gates and go/no-go decisions.
