• Lead new logo growth across US, Canada, and Latin America.
• Direct and mentor sales teams to exceed targets.
• Develop GTM for US New Logo, Canada, LatAm; align with business goals.
• Drive revenue by entering new markets and optimizing acquisition.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Renewals, CS, Product to maximize value.
• Create and review an operational plan to hit goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years senior sales management experience.
• Experience leading both IC and manager-level teams.
• Proven track record in new logo acquisition and talent hiring.
• Strong knowledge of Canadian and Latin American markets.
• BS in Business; MBA preferred.
• Expertise in Enterprise Software, SaaS; cybersecurity/identity industry preferred.
