• Deep, current incident response experience
• Built or rebuilt a SOC; defined operating model and metrics
• Technical, cloud-focused: AWS, GCP, Azure
• Detection engineering: rules, coverage, automation
• Threat intelligence that informs hunts and decisions
• Led globally distributed technical teams across time zones
