📋 Description

• Lead the Solution Architecture organization: manage and develop a team of Solution Architects.
• Shape field and go-to-market strategy with sales, product, delivery.
• Advise executive stakeholders to align tech with business priorities.
• Architect enterprise solutions across ServiceNow and external platforms.
• Lead technical discovery with architecture reviews and gap analyses.
• Drive proofs of concept to validate architectures for customers.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's in CS, IT, Business, or related field, or equivalent.
• Architecture experience: 5–8 years in solutions architecture or related field (ServiceNow
• Leadership: proven ability to lead technical professionals in fast-paced, sales-oriented env.
• ServiceNow expertise: ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, GRC, Discovery, CMDB, IntegrationHub.
• Platform integration: REST APIs, webhooks, middleware with Microsoft ecosystems.
• Technical architecture: CMDB modeling, security, scalability, performance.

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary: $263,000–$403,000 annually (varies by location, etc.).
