📋 Description

• Oversee treasury, banking, and cash management operations for Berkadia’s loan servicing platform.
• Lead supervisors and team leads; ensure borrower cash is controlled, processed, and reported per
• Collaborate with internal teams and external banks to maintain operational risk controls and
• Drive banking relationships, systems oversight, and cash-related issue resolution.
• Enhance efficiency through system integrations and process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing treasury, banking platforms, and cash management in a financial services
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams (US and global) and coordinate with external partners.
• Strong knowledge of cash operations, lockbox structures, and reconciliation tools (e.g., Trintech
• Ability to ensure compliance with servicing agreements, regulatory standards, and internal controls.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders, auditors, and banks.
• Strategic thinker with proven project execution and process improvement skills.
