WA License Clinical Excellence Lead III

📋 Description

• Lead clinically within the Collaborative Care Model for pediatric and/or adult populations with
• Direct oversight of up to 15 Collaborative Care Clinician performance and development.
• Coordinate pod/partner workflows with Clinical Excellence Manager.
• Manage schedules, attendance, and time-off requests; ensure policy adherence.
• Mentor staff, conduct evaluations, and guide career development.
• Maintain open communication with management teams and escalate issues as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Masters degree in social work, counseling, or related field.
• Licensed to practice in Washington as an independent clinician (LCSW, LPCC, or equivalent).
• Ability to licensure in California, Arizona, and Montana.
• Minimum 5+ years of clinical experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of lead or supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with evidence-based approaches (PST, Motivational Interviewing, CBT, Behavioral
