📋 Description

• Walk-In event for IT Recruiter role (Aug 16–20, 2026) in Hyderabad.
• Recruiter for Oracle ERP – Fusion & EBS, freshers welcome.
• Partner with hiring managers to meet ERP talent needs (Fusion & EBS).
• Manage full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, closing.
• Build pipelines of ERP consultants for Saudi/GCC clients.
• Use Boolean search, LinkedIn, and sourcing tools to identify talent.

🎯 Requirements

• R ecruitment experience/knowledge in IT/ERP domains (Fusion & EBS).
• Strong understanding of Oracle ERP modules (Financials, SCM, HCM, PPM).
• Experience hiring for Middle East-based clients (Saudi/GCC preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
• Freshers with MBA HR and excellent communication are encouraged to apply.
