Wardrobe Technician - O

📋 Description

• Pre-set costume pieces, dress artists for performances, heavy laundry and cleaning tasks
• Work show tracks including dressing, cleaning, laundering, costume maintenance and repair
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and tracking of supplies
• Ensure safety and run show calls and PR events when needed
• Communicate with artists and technical teams for smooth on-stage/off-stage operations
• Follow all safety policies and complete required yearly OSHA classes

🎯 Requirements

• Prior show dressing, laundry and wardrobe experience in a large-scale theatrical production
• Knowledge of costume/shoe repair, painting, makeup, wigs, millinery
• Experience with home/commercial sewing machines and specialty machines
• At least 3 years as professional costume dresser with repair/maintenance experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in English; ability to pass a swim test; ability to lift 50 lbs; flexible schedule
