🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of management or leadership experience.
• Proficient in Excel, forecasting, and data analysis.
• Experience mapping processes and documenting SOPs.
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
• Flexibility to work weekends and long hours.
