📋 Description

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders in a temperature‑controlled, refrigerated warehouse using a finger
• Ensure items match customer orders and meet Misfits’ quality standards; use proper packaging to
• Conduct regular quality checks for damages, discrepancies, or expiration issues.
• Collaborate with team to hit daily operational targets and maintain inventory levels.
• Adhere to safety protocols and PPE requirements in a food‑based, refrigerated environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and complete required safety training.

🎯 Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to work in a refrigerated environment (36 degrees).
• Strong verbal communications skills.
• Willingness to overtime and/or possible weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively with or without accommodation.
• Ability to stand, squat, kneel, and bend repetitively with or without accommodation.
