Warehouse Associate, Night Shift

📋 Description

• Overnight operations: loading, unloading, scanning, and staging products with speed and accuracy
• Maintain organized staging areas and verify lane accuracy for inbound/outbound shipments
• Meet tight timelines while upholding quality and safety standards
• Follow established procedures for handling, scanning, and verifying product
• Communicate issues or discrepancies to leadership promptly
• Support continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies in loading, staging, or scanning

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in warehouse/distribution center operations
• High school diploma or GED
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with warehouse management systems, Microsoft Excel
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and maneuver items up to 225 lbs with assistance
• Comfortable with continuous walking, standing, stooping, bending, pushing, and reaching for up to 8
• Willingness to work overtime
