Warehouse Manager

📋 Description

• Manage the overall warehouse operations, ensuring efficient, accurate, and cost-effective processes.
• Own the warehouse budget and P&L, monitoring costs and identifying opportunities for
• Monitor operational performance and ensure compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Plan warehouse resources, staffing levels, and shift schedules to meet business demands, including
• Analyze operational errors, productivity deviations, and process inefficiencies, implementing
• Lead the implementation, optimization, and ongoing use of Warehouse Management System (WMS)

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing warehouse operations.
• Experience managing warehouse budgets and operational costs.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes, inventory management, and logistics operations.
• Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems.
• Experience managing warehouse KPIs and driving process improvements.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, including recruitment, coaching, and performance
