Warehouse Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Lead a high-velocity operation to improve order transit time, delivery quality, and accuracy.
• Bridge strategy with floor-level execution in supply chain leadership.
• Oversee and enhance tools like ROB (Replenishment Open to Buy), NPR (New Part number Research)
• Develop new data-driven tools for new business pursuits or advancing current operations.
• Ensure prompt response to business insights needs and tooling requisitions, as per SLA.
• Provide data-driven insights to support inventory decisions and performance metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in high-volume fulfillment, manufacturing, or distribution; ecommerce experience
• 5+ years in a leadership role with strategic planning and execution.
• Proven track record leading large teams (50+ members) across sites.
• Strong ability to recruit and onboard high-impact talent.
• Commitment to open feedback, Radical Candor, and continuous improvement.
• Experience managing complex labor and capacity models for freight and shipping.
