Warehouse Returns Associate

📋 Description

• Evaluating, inspecting, and reconditioning items for restock
• Unloading and sorting incoming packages with Receiving Team
• Coordinate paperwork for returned items and prepare items for inspection
• Ensure department ready to receive returns at all times
• Meet daily productivity metrics and maintain reconditioning supplies inventory
• Assist other fulfillment center departments when necessary

• Understanding of the entire returns process
• Problem solving, analytical, and strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
