Monitor and direct day-to-day activities of a warehouse team
Ensure materials are received, stored, sampled, dispensed, and shipped per schedule
Oversee weekly cycle counting and maintain accurate inventory
Issue materials to production using FIFO principles
Maintain GMP, safety, and regulatory compliance
Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Manufacturing, and other teams to support operations

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in warehousing, materials management, or similar
Team leadership or supervisory experience is essential
Experience in goods-inwards and goods-outwards, inventory accuracy, and ERP/warehouse systems
Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook; familiarity with SAP/ERP
Understanding of SOPs, documentation, traceability, and quality/compliance
