📋 Description

• Lead and coordinate the picking team to hit accuracy and efficiency targets every shift
• Refine picking routes and methods to improve speed and accuracy
• Train and develop team on procedures, tools, and best practices
• Monitor inventory levels and flag discrepancies before they become problems
• Hold team accountable to scan compliance and troubleshoot tech issues in real time
• Build and maintain quality control standards for every outgoing order

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years leading or supervising in a warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment environment
• A track record of improving a process, not just running it
• Working knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics
• Strong communication and coaching skills to develop people, not just manage tasks
• Comfort with warehouse management software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
