📋 Description

• Lead complex wastewater engineering analyses, planning initiatives, and design efforts.
• Prepare and review technical reports, analyses, designs with regulatory compliance.
• Develop environmental protection systems for wastewater projects.
• Lead facility, watershed, and strategic resource plans.
• Shape wastewater practice strategy across Colorado, Utah, Texas.
• Drive business development and growth through client engagement.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Environmental Engineering or related field (master’s preferred).
• At least 10 years in environmental engineering; 15+ years wastewater experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of environmental engineering principles and regs; strong problem solving.
• Experience leading wastewater BD and sales, ~$500K–$1M annually.
• Experience developing sales/operational strategies for growth.
• Strong leadership, communication, mentoring skills.
