📋 Description

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts with relationships and ongoing service.
• Develop new business within the territory through lead gen and prospecting.
• Promote water treatment and maintenance services to customers.
• Develop customized water treatment solutions based on requirements.
• Provide hands-on account servicing including testing, calibration, and equipment inspection.
• Plan daily/weekly/monthly sales activities with accurate reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• 3–5 years sales experience with proven results.
• Experience in water treatment or related technical field preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, organizational, and territory-management skills.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and able to work independently.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with chemical feed and water treatment equipment.
