📋 Description

• Provide one-on-one financial guidance to employees remotely via video, chat, and email.
• Adapt LearnLux methodology for members in the MENA region.
• Participate in team meetings and share expertise to improve financial guidance.
• Understand member benefit plans and act as an HR/benefits partner during open enrollment.
• Collaborate with content team to outline, review, and approve financial lessons for the platform.
• Lead engagement initiatives for employer partners, including webinars and occasional on-site events.

🎯 Requirements

• A designation, certification, or diploma in personal financial planning or related field.
• At least three years of one-on-one financial guidance experience across retirement, equity
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Passion for financial education and empowering individuals to make informed decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and collaborate with a distributed team.
