📋 Description

• Own Breakout website UX end-to-end, from wireframes to dev handoff.
• Build AI-driven design system for self-serve templates and prompts.
• Extend design across lifecycle emails, organic social, and brand assets.
• Own and evolve Breakout's brand system and asset toolkit.
• Use AI tools (Claude Design, Figma Make, Nano Banana Pro) to scale outputs.
• Prototype fast and partner with engineering on clean handoffs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on web and digital design with a strong portfolio.
• Web UX and conversion-first: IA, responsive layouts, design systems, Figma handoff.
• Strong AI design skills: Claude Design, Figma Make, Nano Banana Pro.
• Systems builder; design systems or tooling to enable cross-team output.
• Experience across marketing: web, lifecycle emails, social, brand assets.
• Crypto-native or crypto-curious; interest in trading/prop.
