📋 Description

• Own web design and UX end-to-end for Breakout (website, landing pages, conversion flows).
• Build AI design system to enable self-serve with components, templates, prompts.
• Extend design across marketing: lifecycle emails, social, and campaigns with one brand.
• Own and evolve the Breakout brand system: guidelines, library, asset toolkit.
• Use AI tooling (Claude Design, Figma Make, Nano Banana Pro) to ship high-fidelity output quickly.
• Prototype fast: clickable prototypes and code-backed demos for rapid feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on web and digital design with shipped work.
• Web UX with conversion focus: IA, responsive layout, design systems, and dev handoff in Figma.
• Strong AI design skills; experience with Claude Design and AI tools.
• Systems builder; built design systems or tooling enabling self-serve across teams.
• Cross-marketing design range: web, lifecycle email, social, and brand assets.
• Crypto-native or curious about crypto, trading, and prop.
