🎯 Requirements

3+ years as a generalist web developer with a portfolio across multiple CMS platforms.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; ability to write/debug code independently.
Hands-on experience with Webflow (CMS, animations, custom development).
Working knowledge of WordPress (themes, plugins, custom layouts).
Strong command of Marketo (marketing scripts, forms, tag/tracking).
Design skills in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator).

🎁 Benefits

Base pay range: ₡16,445,800 - ₡20,476,467 yearly, plus benefits.
