Own WordPress backend, custom post types, taxonomies, fields, templates, plugins/themes in PHP
Maintain plugin strategy, upgrade cadence, and Elementor at platform level
Manage staging to production deployments with version control
Oversee site reliability, performance, caching, CDN, and backups
Ensure website security, privacy compliance, and WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility

🎯 Requirements

5+ years back-end web development with WordPress
Fluent in PHP, MySQL; strong WordPress API knowledge
JavaScript ability for front-end/back-end integration
Experience in version-controlled, staging-to-prod workflows
Technical SEO, Site Audit, GA4/Tag Manager, and HubSpot integration experience
Familiarity with WCAG 2.2 AA, security hardening, backups, and incident response
