🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 8+ yrs software engineering; 4+ yrs in leadership; blockchain exp preferred.
• Blockchain: Solidity, Rust; ethers.js or web3.js; Ethereum/Solana.
• Backend: Node.js, Python, Go, or Rust for scalable APIs and microservices.
• AI/Data: AI pipelines or data platforms (TensorFlow, Kafka) a plus.
• Frontend/Mobile: React/Native, Kotlin, or Swift to guide mobile engineers.
• Hands-On Coding: Write high-quality code while balancing leadership in Web3.
• Solution Architecture: Design robust, scalable blockchain/fintech/AI apps.
• Leadership & Mentorship: Manage small teams and mentor developers.
• Multi-Project Management: Juggle multiple projects with project managers.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for executives and stakeholders.
• Hiring Involvement: Familiar with technical recruiting and evaluating candidates.
