  • Backend: Node.js, Python, Go, or Rust for scalable APIs.
  • AI/Data: experience with AI pipelines or data platforms.
  • Frontend/Mobile: React/Native, Kotlin, or Swift to guide teams.
  • Hands-on coding: proven ability to write high-quality code while leading.
  • Solution Architecture: robust, scalable blockchain/fintech architectures.
  • Leadership & mentorship: manage small teams, hiring involvement.
