Support onboarding and KYC processes with internal teams.
Monitor and analyze internal service cases and trends to improve processes.
Collaborate with product, compliance, risk, and operations teams on platform needs.
Help develop and maintain FAQs, SOPs, and feature documentation.
Provide operational support and handle tasks assigned by supervisor.

🎯 Requirements

Fluent in Mandarin and English; other languages a plus.
Strong interpersonal, proactive and collaborative mindset.
Able to troubleshoot independently and propose improvements.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team.
Experience in customer service ops, risk management, or crypto/finance is a plus.
Willingness to work on rotating shifts.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is a plus.
