🎯 Requirements

1-2 years blockchain dev exp in tokenization/RWA projects.
Solidity + EVM; implement ERC-20/721 for RWAs.
RWA basics: off-chain linking, oracles, KYC/AML.
React frontend + Web3 libraries for DApp connectivity.
Blockchain fundamentals: txs, wallets, gas optimization; Git.
