🎯 Requirements

1-2 years in blockchain dev with tokenization/RWA projects.
Solidity & EVM basics; ERC-20/721 for RWAs.
Familiar with off-chain linking, oracles, KYC/AML in token issuance.
Frontend JS (React) and Web3 libraries (ethers.js) for DApp.
Understanding of blockchain basics (transactions, wallets, Git).
