Web3 Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own product discovery, strategy, planning, prioritization, delivery.
• Conduct user research with crypto users to learn workflows and pain points.
• Translate needs into specs, requirements, roadmaps, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage backlog with eng and design to ship end-to-end.
• Decide on networks, wallets, and protocols using data over hype.
• Coordinate initiatives across engineering, design, compliance, marketing, support, ops.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8+ years PM experience in payments/e-commerce/fintech with ownership of user-facing products.
• Proven track record shipping products with user adoption and business impact.
• Strong e-commerce/payments experience plus 1–3 years Web3 exposure.
• 3+ years end-to-end ownership of user-facing products.
• Hands-on payments/checkout knowledge.
• Practical DeFi knowledge: vaults, collateralized positions, bridging, gas.
