Web3 Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own product discovery, strategy, planning, prioritization, and delivery for crypto-native
• Conduct direct user research with people who regularly spend cryptocurrency.
• Translate user and business needs into clear product specs, requirements, acceptance criteria, and
• Manage the backlog and work with engineering and design to deliver end-to-end.
• Decide on blockchain networks, wallets, and protocols using data and user behavior.
• Coordinate initiatives across engineering, design, compliance, marketing, support, and operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8+ years PM experience, ideally in payments/e-commerce/fintech with ownership from discovery to
• Proven track record shipping products with meaningful adoption and business impact.
• Strong e-commerce or payments experience with 1–3 years Web3 exposure.
• At least 3 years end-to-end ownership of user-facing products.
• Hands-on understanding of payments and checkout experiences.
• Practical knowledge of DeFi concepts: vaults, collateralized positions, bridging, gas dynamics.
