Website Lead

📋 Description

• Own our web properties end to end, including roadmap, quality bar, WordPress and multisite setup
• Manage multiple websites and language versions with shared templates and components
• Lead the in-house web team; set priorities, run sprint planning and capacity planning
• Manage external partners: contractors, agencies, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder priorities
• Ship fast with a release process that informs marketing about what is shipping and when
• Automate with AI to speed up team processes

🎯 Requirements

• Senior website experience: 5+ years on high-traffic marketing sites, 2+ years in leadership
• Hands-on approach: comfortable with HTML/CSS; can read code and troubleshoot lightweight JavaScript
• Delivery experience: led sprint planning, prioritisation, and release processes with contractors or
• Strong WordPress knowledge: multi-site environments, CMS architecture, integrations, performance
• AI in daily workflow: experience with Claude/ChatGPT, automations with Claude plugins, n8n
• CRO and testing: hands-on with conversion optimization and A/B testing
